Responsibilities
Lead the architectural transition from Angular to React, ensuring scalable, performant, and maintainable component structures
Actively utilize AI-based tools like GitHub Copilot (Agentic mode) to optimize coding efficiency, automate unit testing, and streamline documentation
Translate high-fidelity Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive React components using Atomic Design principles
Manage complex application states using Zustand (or similar) and optimize front-end performance for maximum responsiveness
Work closely with product owners, designers, and offshore development teams to integrate front-end components with backend APIs
Qualification
Required
8+ years in Front-End Development
4+ years of deep React expertise
Proven proficiency in React and JavaScript
Understanding of the challenges involved in migrating from Angular
Demonstrated experience or a strong aptitude for using AI-based development tools to assist in coding, debugging, and rapid prototyping
Mastery of TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
Expert at working within Figma and building reusable component libraries
Familiarity with Micro Frontends (MFEs) and modern state management libraries
Proficient in testing with Jest or React Testing Library
Firm grasp of web accessibility (WCAG) and cross-browser compatibility
Preferred
Experience working with distributed/offshore teams
Experience in building reusable components using atomic design principles
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or a related field
