Responsibilities
Support senior sales staff with product selection, configurations, and solution design
Prepare customer quotes and documentation for internal review
Manage Cradlepoint renewals, including quoting, auditing NCM accounts, and validating manufacturer pricing
Lead smaller or lower-complexity customer accounts as assigned
Provide customers with stock availability, lead times, order status, and shipment tracking
Submit and track deal registrations across multiple manufacturers
Create and manage internal sales opportunities in NetSuite
Support customer onboarding to ensure a smooth post-sale experience
Maintain strong working knowledge of supported products and solutions
Serve as a liaison between vendors and the internal sales team
Qualification
Required
Experience in inside sales, sales support, customer service, or product specialist roles
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks accurately
Comfortable working in a support-first role assisting senior sales professionals
Ability to learn technical products and explain them clearly
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Reliable onsite availability during standard business hours
Preferred
Experience with CRM or ERP systems preferred (NetSuite a plus)
