Responsibilities
After introduction to work processes, begins to organize, conduct and monitor laboratory experiments on site utilizing established and published procedures, and technical and theoretical understanding
Evaluates new equipment and techniques
With guidance, analyzes and brainstorms approaches to solve problems and find solutions
Assesses results for applicability, validity, and conformance to requirements and specifications
Summarizes experimental results, and reviews conclusions with supervisor and team members
Qualification
Required
Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree (enrolled student)
Must have attained a Bachelor's Degree (not currently enrolled in a graduate program)
Mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering or related field
Engineering background
Experience working in a laboratory environment
Equipment troubleshooting
Engineering problem solving
Data analysis
Preferred
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
