Responsibilities

Partner with internal teams on a broad range of lead generation, client engagement and business development opportunities to generate new business across the organization
Present the services in a compelling and consultative manner to pharma and biotech client stakeholders at all levels of seniority
Build and maintain strong client relationships, through an astute understanding of client's portfolio, strategic priorities, and market position, to enable ongoing lead generation
Establish a value-based sales culture to establish a strong opportunity pipeline which will enable Two Labs to meet or exceed its revenue targets
Monitor performance, in coordination with commercial and Two Labs leadership, through collection and analysis of detailed and accurate sales data in the CRM so net new business strategy can be adjusted as appropriate
Support the team, as required, in the development of RFI and RFP responses
Support and contribute successfully to pitch development, soliciting and sharing client feedback as appropriate
Attend professional conferences as required, representing the company to a wider audience

Required

Bachelor's degree required. Equivalent work experience may be considered
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in business-to-business service space required
Demonstrated success as a sales professional with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Proven ability to build and maintain a strong client network
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time

Preferred

Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred
Knowledge of the Pharma and Biotech services space preferred
