Responsibilities
Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters including divorce, custody disputes, property division, spousal support, and domestic violence restraining orders
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
Provide strategic counsel to clients on complex family law issues
Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups on matters requiring multi-disciplinary expertise
Mentor junior attorneys and support staff
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
Active member of the California State Bar in good standing
Minimum 5 years of family law experience
Strong courtroom advocacy and litigation skills
Excellent written and oral communication abilities
Proven track record of case management and client satisfaction
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Commitment to professionalism and ethical practice
