Qualification
Required
12+ Years of experience in Business & Corporate Law
Texas licensed attorney
Extensive experience in general business transactional work
Experience in M&A transactions: drafting and negotiating asset, stock, merger, employment, operating, and related agreements
Experience in entity formations and structuring
Experience in commercial contract drafting and review
Project leadership: managing deals, coordinating with clients, and supervising junior attorneys
Strong communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Portable client relationships and a demonstrated ability to develop new business
Entrepreneurial mindset supported by a structured business development system
Leadership experience with junior attorneys
Commitment to quality and long-term client service
Preferred
Attorneys from large firms seeking a more entrepreneurial platform
Solo or small-firm practitioners looking for stronger infrastructure
