Responsibilities
Manage engineering and maintenance teams, providing guidance and support
Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
Plan and execute capital and expense projects within budget and timeline
Collaborate on equipment upgrades, process improvements, and facility changes
Track maintenance KPIs and implement improvements to optimize plant performance
Source and manage vendors, contractors, and service providers
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory standards
Prepare reports and maintain accurate maintenance and engineering records
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
8+ years in engineering/maintenance in a manufacturing environment, with 1+ year of management experience
Experience with preventive maintenance, capital projects, and budget management
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Familiarity with plant equipment, utilities, and continuous improvement tools
