Technical Sales Manager [AMRs]
John Charles Search is a global leader in warehouse automation and robotics solutions, seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager to support growth in the North American market. The role involves engaging with customers to understand operational challenges and translating them into scalable automation solutions.
Responsibilities
Drive new business development across targeted accounts and regions
Engage customers in a consultative, solution-led sales process
Understand and articulate automated warehouse and robotic system designs
Collaborate with solution design, engineering, and project teams
Manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement through contract close
Represent the business at industry events, customer meetings, and trade shows
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in technical sales within automation, robotics, intralogistics, or material handling
Strong understanding of solution design (AS/RS, AMRs, warehouse automation systems, or similar)
Comfortable selling complex, high-value capital equipment solutions
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Self-motivated, results-driven, and effective in a remote environment
