Responsibilities
Develop digital solutions that address unmet needs, provide new insights or identify opportunities for growth
Utilize digital solutions to enable more effective strategic, tactical and operational insights to support business functions
Extract big data and transform it into actionable information for users by using the data visualization software Tableau
Determine best methods to extract, model, manipulate, and present data that meets the requirements of the business
Assist in the identification of opportunities across functional areas where the application of improved data would create value for the user
Support Digital Transformation leadership with the development of digital reporting and tracking solutions for major company initiatives
Work cross-functionally with groups such as IT, Finance, Sales, Manufacturing and Supply Chain
Assist in the development and coding of statistical computer languages in Python/R
Assist in the creation and documentation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects aimed at process improvement
Assist in the development and coding of RPA solutions using the platform Automation Anywhere
Qualification
Required
Experience transforming large amounts of data
Experience with Microsoft Power Bi is required
Experience with developing Power Bi semantic models is required
Experience with data visualization software like Tableau is a plus
Experience with Microsoft SQL server
Experience with Microsoft Fabric is a plus
Experience with Microsoft Power Apps is a plus
Experience with RPA tools like Automation Anywhere and/or Power Automate is a plus
Experience with SAP/Hana is a plus
Experience with AI deployment is a plus
Comfortable with leading projects and working both autonomously and in a team environment
Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
Python experience required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
BA/BS degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, Statistics or related field
5 plus years of Data Analyst experience required
