Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end development and enhancement of digital banking offerings tailored to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients
Manage and expand the bank’s digital payment platforms, including wires, ACH, international transfers, and emerging payment solutions
Lead Product centric development cycles and on-going management
Drive innovation and integration of new digital technologies, ensuring alignment with the bank’s strategic objectives
Oversee digital channel performance and client usage trends to optimize functionality and user experience. Lead initiatives to increase adoption, efficiency gains, maximize stakeholders’ engagement and satisfaction
Coordinate rollout of new features and tools, including development and approval of general communication, marketing and training material
Serve as a liaison between technology teams, operations, compliance, and front-office stakeholders to ensure seamless digital delivery
Monitor regulatory and market developments to ensure all digital banking and payments offerings remain compliant and competitive
Manage and develop vendor relationships for digital banking platforms, ensuring proper service levels, budget/value and strategic alignment
Support risk management efforts through secure architecture and operational controls within digital channels

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field (Master's and/or banking industry related certifications are a plus)
Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital banking, private banking, or financial services with a focus on payments and digital platforms
Proven leadership in managing digital initiatives or transformation programs
Strong understanding of banking operations, payment infrastructure, and fintech innovations
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project execution skills
Strong ability to present to various levels of the organization in a clear summarized and objective way
Organized, detail oriented, hands on, ability to operate with a small team and multiple concurrent initiatives. Manage compressed timelines and typical pressure/pace of financial services environments

Preferred

Experience working with high-net-worth clients in a private banking setting
Deep understanding of banking industry structure and payment rails (Fed Wires, Realtime Payments RTP, ACH, Swift, etc…)
Good understanding of fraud risks and mitigating framework controls
Mature change management prior experience
Familiarity with modern core banking systems, APIs, mobile platforms, and cybersecurity requirements
Background in both strategic planning and operational execution of digital programs
General understanding or prior experience with cross border payments in US Dollar and foreign currencies
