Responsibilities
Advise prospects and clients on personal lines coverage using a consultative approach
Convert provided leads and selectively pursue self-generated opportunities
Maintain strong client relationships to support renewals and long-term retention
Meet performance expectations for quotes, new business, and client satisfaction
Collaborate with the agency owner to support growth initiatives
Qualification
Required
Active Florida Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
Proven experience in personal lines insurance sales
Strong understanding of coverage options and underwriting guidelines
Professional communication skills with a relationship-first mindset
Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working independently
Preferred
Experience working in an independent agency environment preferred
