Responsibilities
Support operations efforts for continuous improvement
Coordinate data collection and customer PPAP requirements
Manage customers' concerns through root cause analysis and permanent countermeasures
Manage trails of new products or items
Review and improve safety features of processes
Facilitate onsite customer quality audits
Participate in internal audits to maintain the highest level of quality
Support ISO initiative and manage work instructions
Be familiar with all aspects of non-distinctive testing units
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Proficiency in software applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and various ERP systems
Willingness and ability to complete any necessary training
