Mid LevelEden Capital Careers is seeking a skilled Aviation Maintenance Technician to support the inspection, repair, and maintenance of aircraft systems. This full-time, on-site role is critical to ensuring aircraft safety, reliability, and operational readiness.

Responsibilities
Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on aircraft mechanical and electrical systems
Support both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities
Conduct inspections in accordance with FAA regulations and manufacturer guidelines
Accurately document all maintenance actions per FAA and company procedures
Coordinate maintenance status with pilots, maintenance control, and operations teams
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and serviceable condition
Travel as needed to provide offsite maintenance support
Qualification
Required
Hands-on aircraft maintenance experience
Strong troubleshooting skills
Active FAA A&P License
Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on aircraft mechanical and electrical systems
Support both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities
Conduct inspections in accordance with FAA regulations and manufacturer guidelines
Accurately document all maintenance actions per FAA and company procedures

Travel as needed to provide offsite maintenance support
Preferred
Experience with business jets, including Challenger 300 / 600 series
Premier 1A or similar aircraft platforms
Background in general maintenance, refurbishment, or aircraft modification projects
