Responsibilities
Work with a tight-knit email marketing team to concept, present, and execute new work
Collaborate with cross-functional leads in events, brand advertising, PR, and more
Lead the work from concept to execution, keeping stakeholder inputs and timelines on track
Present and advocate for your work with confidence and grace, backed by data and feedback
Create visual mockups to communicate high-level design strategies
Partner with colleagues to steward, champion, and help evolve the brand through design solutions
Execute for a range of deliverables and media, incorporating animation, illustration, typography, and more
Be an integral part of the team on a contract basis for 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on business needs and performance
Qualification
Required
Strong passion for high-quality email design, with a deep understanding of design principles, accessibility, and email best practices
Proficiency in coding responsive, cross-client compatible emails using HTML and CSS
Demonstrated ability to translate visual designs into production-ready email templates
Experience designing and building emails efficiently in fast-paced environments
3 years of professional design experience, preferably supporting B2B or technology brands
A portfolio showcasing well-crafted email campaigns and lifecycle communications (coding examples strongly preferred)
Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent professional experience
Proficiency in motion design
