Associate Financial Advisor

Synergy Wealth Alliance is seeking a motivated Associate Financial Advisor to support their lead advisor and advisory team. Responsibilities

Enter and maintain client data within financial planning software
Gather product information to support planning and investment recommendations
Prepare materials for portfolio review meetings
Support the lead advisor with meeting preparation and follow-up
Attend select client meetings as a secondary advisor to take notes, complete dictations, and track action items
Participate in professional development sessions, including product wholesaler lunch-and-learns, Advisor Think Tank meetings, and Investment Committee discussions
Develop knowledge of investment management and financial planning strategies
Maintain Servicing-Only client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and service delivery
Manage the Annuity Order Entry process
Oversee insurance cases and applications
Begin building and managing client relationships under supervision

Required
