This role involves managing floral ordering, production, and on-site installations while collaborating with various teams to ensure every detail reflects the company's signature excellence.

Responsibilities
Lead daily coordination with full-time, part-time, and freelance staff to meet production goals
Partner closely with Sales and Production teams to align on timelines, priorities, and floral needs
Keep communication clear and proactive — across email, text, and in-person check-ins
Review event proposals to assess floral needs, rigging, large builds, and pricing
Collaborate with creative and sales teams to ensure proposals are realistic, innovative, and on-brand
Attend all Stage 3 prototype meetings and contribute creative input, sketches, and notes
Create detailed floral recipes in Details software that align with event vision, color palette, and budget
Communicate with wholesalers regarding availability, quality, and pricing
Submit recipes for approval, order floral on schedule, and track costs accurately
Oversee receiving, prepping, and organizing all incoming floral
Ensure all product meets quality standards and reconcile orders with receipts
Maintain accurate floral inventory and cost documentation
Lead in-studio floral production, managing freelance designers to uphold creative and quality standards
Provide direction, feedback, and support to ensure flawless execution
Troubleshoot challenges and coordinate solutions quickly and effectively
Pack, load, and transport floral with care
Lead or assist with on-site floral installations — bringing creative visions to life under real-world conditions
Collaborate with other production leads to ensure seamless execution
Oversee post-event clean-up, dismantling florals, recycling materials, and reorganizing the studio
Track and report floral and supply expenses accurately
Qualification
Required
Deep knowledge of floral design and event production
Ability to thrive in creative, fast-paced environments
Clear communication, accountability, and positivity
Highly organized and tech-savvy (experience with Details software is a plus)
Passionate about bringing big ideas to life through beautiful design
