Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison between an insurance brokerage, insurance carriers, and the employer (the client)
Ensure that a company’s employee benefits run smoothly, remain compliant, and stay cost-effective
Manage and support group employee benefits accounts by providing exceptional client service, resolving policy and claims issues, and ensuring all client needs are met
Coordinate with carriers, maintain compliance standards, analyze plan options, prepare proposals, and assist with enrollment communications and processes
Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure a seamless benefits experience
Qualification
Required
Client relationship management skills, with an emphasis on effective communication and problem-solving
High accuracy in data importing/exporting
Analytical and organizational skills to evaluate plan options and oversee administrative processes
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple client accounts effectively in a fast-paced environment
