Responsibilities
Own end-to-end UX across mobile and responsive web experiences
Design wireframes, interaction flows, high-fidelity mockups, and functional prototypes
Translate research insights, data, and business goals into elegant design solutions
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, marketing, and research partners
Advocate for user-centered design while balancing business and technical constraints
Work within and evolve design systems , challenging limitations when appropriate
Present design rationale and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Identify friction in existing experiences and propose measurable improvements
Qualification
Required
5+ years of UX design experience at a large enterprise or major corporation
Strong consumer-facing mobile and web design experience
A strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, storytelling, and business impact
Experience conducting or partnering on user research and usability studies
Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into design decisions
Comfortable leading discussions and influencing stakeholders
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-profile environments

Prior experience in financial services, investment, insurance, or other regulated industries (highly preferred)
Adobe CC (XD preferred)
Familiarity with responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and CMS platforms
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript concepts (not a coding role)
