Product manager/Product owner Customer Solutions Portal (CSP) (Only USC-GC-W2))
Ampstek is seeking a Product Manager/Product Owner for their Customer Solutions Portal. The role involves managing the product backlog, developing user stories, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.
Responsibilities
Define, refine, and prioritize the backlog for the delivery team
Develop clear and actionable user stories for the delivery team to implement
Communicate team capacity and workload to stakeholders
Collaborate with the Product Manager in developing and planning product strategy
Manage features and user stories from initiation through to acceptance
Sign-off on completed features and communicate any trade-offs made during the development cycle to leadership and stakeholders
Continuously refine the product backlog to ensure tasks are well-defined
Identify and communicate risks and dependencies to keep projects on track
Participate in and prepare for product planning sessions, including Daily Stand-Up, Refinement, Sprint Planning, and Quarterly Planning
Create release communications and conduct product demonstrations
Provide guidance and direction to the delivery team
Keep stakeholders informed with regular status updates
Identify opportunities for product enhancements and team efficiency improvements
Qualification
Required

Utilize data analytics and metrics for informed decision-making
Understand UX principles to enhance product design
Exhibit strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities
Have 2+ years of experience as a product owner within a delivery team
Have 2+ years of experience using Jira, Figma, and other agile delivery tools
Comprehend the technical implications of design and development choices
Build strong relationships and facilitate collaboration across teams
