Responsibilities
Serves as budget analyst performing a variety of budgetary and administrative functions in the areas of budget information, budget execution, funds control, asset management, cost share management and the coordination of project schedules/budgets for Planning and Project Management Division (PPMD)
Funding is complex involving multiple military and civil works appropriations and customers
Duties require close coordination with Project Managers, other Districts, military installations, non-Federal sponsors, and higher headquarters
Duties performed requires analytical ability and development of a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the principles and objectives of budget administration, along with the appropriate knowledge in the application of related laws, regulations, policies, precedents, methods and techniques of budgeting and manpower
The incumbent will be responsible for providing technical advice and guidance to supervisor, project managers and other analysts engaged in the execution of the mission

This position requires that you obtain FMC02-Financial Management Certification Level II within two (2) years of entry on duty
This position is subject to a pre-employment drug screening, and random testing thereafter, to include testing based on reasonable suspicion and testing due to direct involvement with an on-duty accident
This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 10% of the time
This position requires that the incumbent possess or obtain and maintain a valid state Driver's License in one of the 50 U.S. states or its possessions to operate vehicles
