Responsibilities

Scaled Engagement Strategy: Develop and implement a repeatable engagement model bringing to bear existing TPS OnDemand capabilities
Seller Enablement & Adoption: Build and complete training, messaging, and change-management programs to drive awareness, confidence, and sustained usage
Workflow Innovation: Identify and address friction points in seller journeys, improving workflows with AI-powered support
Field Voice & Influence: Advocate for seller needs to TPS leadership, AI teams, and internal product partners, crafting roadmaps and readiness
Measurement & Impact: Define and track success metrics for adoption, usage, and business impact, continuously improving the engagement model

Required

8+ years of experience in GTM strategy, technical pre-sales, program management, or a related field
Experience driving scaled enablement, adoption, or change management initiatives
Comfort working with AI-powered tools, customer journey design, and orchestration concepts
Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with CRM platforms, content operations, and data-driven decision making
