Responsibilities
Representing owners, developers, financial institutions, and other entities in a broad range of real estate-related matters, including acquisitions, conveyances, land use approvals, construction, and leasing
Handling land use, zoning and development
Managing commercial real estate transactions (acquisition and sale)
Overseeing commercial leasing
Facilitating real estate financing
Addressing realty transfer tax matters
Drafting contracts
Qualification
Required
5-8 years of real estate transactional experience
Experience in land use, zoning and development
Experience in commercial real estate transactions (acquisition and sale)
Experience in commercial leasing
Experience in real estate financing
Experience in realty transfer tax matters
Experience in contract drafting
Licensed to practice law in Rhode Island or eligible to obtain admission promptly in the state
