Responsibilities
Perform all billing tasks accurately and on time
Review, verify, and process financial documentation
Maintain daily financial logs, ensuring all entries are complete and up to date
Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports for internal stakeholders
Track key financial metrics and escalate discrepancies as identified
Support audit readiness by maintaining organized, accurate, and compliant records
Assist other sites nationwide with billing, reporting, and financial inquiries as needed
Serve as a resource for standardizing financial processes and sharing best practices
Provide administrative and operational support to the Site Manager
Assist with scheduling, documentation, and coordination of financial activities
Respond to customer inquiries related to billing or financial matters
Communicate clearly and professionally to resolve issues and ensure a positive customer experience
Qualification
Required
Experience in finance, billing, accounting, or administrative support preferred
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in spreadsheets, financial systems, and reporting tools
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple locations
