Responsibilities
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Web Services and Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint Online, Teams, Forms, Stream, Power Apps & Flow, Excel, SQL, and Nintex Forms & Workflow
Collaborate with business owners to gather requirements for developing workflow forms and applications
Develop, test, analyze, and maintain software applications throughout their lifecycle
Troubleshoot issues, document root causes, and implement fixes in collaboration with team resources
Ensure solutions are functional across devices such as remote, browser, and mobile platforms
Qualification
Required
Experience in Office 365 suite of tools, including SharePoint Online, Groups, and Teams
Experience with data analysis using Power BI, Excel Pivot Tables, HTML, CSS, and similar tools
Ability and willingness to learn and grow within the role
Have a can-do attitude
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, plus a minimum of 4 years of job-related experience
