Responsibilities

Lead product strategy from initial concept through product-market fit
Identify and prioritize customer problems worth solving, based on impact, feasibility, and revenue potential
Define clear problem statements and desired outcomes
Partner with leadership to assess commercial opportunity and business value of product initiatives
Guide your team in:
Problem discovery and validation
Outcome definition
Prioritization frameworks
Own and communicate product direction and vision across stakeholders
Evaluate how effectively your team identifies, prioritizes, and articulates the right problems to solve
Serve as a senior product leader who can confidently lead ambiguity and build from scratch

Required

10–15 years of Product Management experience, primarily in B2B SaaS
2–3+ years managing a team of Product Managers
Proven experience launching a net-new product (0 1) and achieving product-market fit
Strong background in owning product direction, not just backlog or execution
Experience working on technically complex products
Ability to connect customer problems and business outcomes

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering-adjacent field
