Responsibilities
Build and own end-to-end data pipelines from client ERPs, CRMs, and other systems
Ensure high-quality, accurate, and efficient data flows
Collaborate with the team to power Power BI dashboards and reports
Work directly in Microsoft Fabric to design, optimize, and manage scalable data pipelines
Solve complex data challenges independently and document scalable processes
Qualification
Required
~5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience building ELT/ETL pipelines
Strong experience with Microsoft data stack including Fabric, Data Factory, and Power BI
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, MS Dynamics, or Oracle
Advanced SQL skills for optimized queries
U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset, comfortable taking ownership and shaping the company's future
