Junior Account Executive
GrowerIQ is the first cannabis-specific platform to integrate all of the fragmented systems required by production facilities globally. They are seeking a Junior Account Executive who will manage business opportunities, engage key accounts, and drive growth through innovative technology solutions.

Responsibilities
Manage your pipeline of new business opportunities generated from both inbound and outbound channels
Work with customers to understand their needs, present solutions, and close deals
Build and execute strategic territory plans to increase visibility and reach sales targets
Cultivate strong, lasting relationships that support customer success and loyalty
Collaborate effectively with internal teams across product, support, and leadership
Contribute to individual and team sales goals with a proactive and disciplined approach
Source approximately 75% of your pipeline through outbound efforts
Travel domestically up to 25% of the time for conferences, client meetings, and events
Qualification
Required
Basic understanding of cannabis operations, regulations, and market dynamics
Proven track record of surpassing sales quotas and driving measurable revenue growth
2+ years of sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Experience in SaaS or tech sales is a strong advantage
Experience with cold-calling, outbound prospecting, and closing deals
