Responsibilities
Lead a team of talented HVAC technicians to new heights by outstanding leadership & sales ability
Oversee the department activities and provide leadership to the technician
Provide support and guidance to ensure accurate and efficient proceedures
Provide coaching and training on the job and/or in a classroom setting
Provide support to assist with the sales process and/or customer service matters
Facilitate weekly meetings with the Service team reviewing safety, training, acknowledge rewards & recognition, review areas of improvement etc
Provide field support to assist with diagnostics and/or customer service matters
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of equipment technology and best practices
Understand sales criteria and hold your team accountable for exceeding revenue goals
Ensure all technicians are following company standards and requirements on all calls while providing outstanding customer service
Qualification
Required
A clean 39-month driving record and valid driver license
Ability to meet specific time constraints
Outstanding Customer Service Skills
