As an Operations Senior Specialist- Document Execution, you will perform various roles in the Home Lending space, facilitating the transition of a loan to closure while ensuring accurate documentation and communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Perform basic clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, faxing, imaging, data entry and opening correspondence
Create and maintain loan files
Work with the underwriting department
Provide coverage for any of the support roles, as dictated by absences or volume fluctuations
Monitor and update various system records and credit website
Communicate with external agents and internal colleagues to resolve issues and discrepancies
Perform additional duties as assigned
Collaborate with internal partners across Consumer Feedback, Communication, & Governance Programs
Qualification
Required
Possess strong attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic office and computer skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Preferred
Prior customer service experience
High school diploma or equivalent
