NEOGOV is seeking a driven and organized law student for their Rule 9 Internship at the City of Bothell Prosecutor’s Office. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to practice legal writing, gain familiarity with criminal procedure, and learn professional interactions with attorneys.

Responsibilities

Be involved at every step of the criminal process
Independently run the in-custody and arraignments court calendars
Conduct jury/bench trials during the monthly trial week
Do legal research
Write legal response briefs
Argue motions when necessary
