Law Practice
Responsibilities
Supervise daily activities of quality technicians and inspectors
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and internal quality standards
Train and coach inspection staff on methods and equipment use
Support customer and third-party audits, non-conformance tracking, and CAPA activities
Oversee calibration processes and coordinate inspection documentation
Serve as the quality point of contact on the shop floor for operators and leadership
Qualification
Required
Experience supervising quality teams in a CNC machining environment
Experience with Zeiss coordinate measuring machines (CMMs)
Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality systems, PPAPs, and GD&T
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coach and develop technicians
Detail-oriented and hands-on with a passion for operational excellence
Preferred
Bachelor of Science degree preferred or equivalent experience
