Abstracting and abstracting clinical data from medical records
Ensuring accuracy
Maintaining compliance with health information management protocols
Using medical knowledge to accurately interpret and input relevant information into NCDR or IQVIA
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of Medical Records management and practices
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Strong communication skills and ability to work remotely
Preferred
Experience with Abstracting preferred but not required
Cardiovascular clinical background as RN or Tech on Carh Lab, ER, CVICU or CVOR preferred
Experience in clinical or healthcare settings is a plus
