New Grad, Entry LevelCIBC is building a relationship-oriented bank for the modern world and is seeking a Mobile Mortgage Advisor Assistant to join their Personal and Small Business Banking team. In this role, you will assist the Mortgage Advisor in engaging clients, providing administrative support, and facilitating business development activities.

Respond to client inquiries and facilitate the mortgage application process
Assist the Mortgage Advisor in activities to support their business
Assist with marketing and business development activities, which are designed to facilitate new business, by identifying, and attracting clients to the Mortgage Advisor
Qualification
Required
Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to respond to client inquiries and facilitate the mortgage application process
Ability to assist the Mortgage Advisor in activities to support their business
Ability to assist with marketing and business development activities
Strong client engagement skills
Critical thinking skills
Passion for building relationships
Commitment to values such as trust, teamwork, and accountability
Legally eligible to work at the specified location
Ability to complete an attribute-based assessment and other skills tests
Preferred
Experience in residential mortgages
