Responsibilities
Support the CEO and executive leadership in efficient decision making and organization ways of working to ensure clarity, accountability and follow-through
Be the voice of the customer
Engage and coordinate between the engineering and strategy & ops teams
Streamline and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity, leveraging technical and analytical skills
Coordinate with the CEO to drive key team activities including leadership meetings, all-hands meetings, off-sites, etc
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in the investment banking and/or private equity space
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
Valid U.S. work authorization
