Revenue Growth Management Analyst

Responsibilities
Conduct analysis on pricing, promotions, and assortment to support business objectives and financial goals
Provide data-driven recommendations to Marketing, Sales, and Finance to improve sales and profitability
Analyze competitive pricing and market trends, sharing insights with cross-functional teams
Assist in developing pricing models to support revenue and profitability goals
Track and analyze promotional activities by item, channel, and category
Help create promotional strategies and assess their financial impact
Support internal customer line reviews and analyze potential financial effects
Coordinate with pricing administrator to ensure pricing adjustments are accurately loaded into the ERP system and resolve any pricing discrepancies or issues
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain dashboards to track results
Improve reporting processes related to pricing, promotions, and assortment
Assist in developing tools to measure pricing and promotional effectiveness
Leverage data analysis techniques to generate insights that support decision-making
Help identify new data sources and analytical tools to enhance strategies
Work with cross-functional teams to support pricing and promotion decisions
Contribute to business planning, category management, and channel strategy discussions
Communicate data insights in a clear and actionable way to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Statistics, or related field
2+ years of experience, including at least 1 year in RGM, Pricing, Category Management, Sales, or Finance
Strong understanding of key business metrics and their impact (e.g., margin, market share, price elasticity)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience analyzing large datasets
Ability to create data visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly
Experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity
Detail-oriented with a track record of delivering accurate, impactful results
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively
Preferred
Experience in retail environments with price elasticity and market modeling
Experience with Python, SQL, or another programming language
Experience working with unstructured datasets
Experience developing AI agents or prompts to automate workflows
