Responsibilities
Provide general servicing for a variety of accounts, including contractors and manufacturers
Manage accounts ranging from $40,000 to $1 million, with a focus on middle-market accounts ($100,000 - $400,000)
Handle quoting for new and renewal business
Complete Accord applications, marketing, and online rating
Collaborate with internal teams, including dedicated certifications and claims teams
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving
Qualification
Required
Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
Prior experience in an independent agency servicing role is essential
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Familiarity with Auto-Owners and Selective is a plus
Proficiency in Epic software is preferred
Relevant educational background is preferred but not required
