Responsibilities
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual bookkeeping for assigned clients
Review reconciliations, payroll, and filings prepared by CAS Associates
Process and review client payroll and payroll tax filings
Prepare and review state excise tax reports
Oversee month-end close and financial reporting
Serve as a primary client contact for accounting-related matters
Assist with onboarding new clients and improving internal processes
Mentor and support junior CAS staff
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
4+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
Prior experience in public accounting or a multi-client environment
Strong understanding of accounting theory and best practices
Working knowledge of Washington State tax regulations
Advanced proficiency with accounting software and Excel
Preferred
Extensive experience with QuickBooks Online
Prior Client Accounting Services experience
Experience reviewing staff work and mentoring others
