Focusing on expanding market penetration and enhancing partner satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Experience in developing, managing, and scaling channel and partner programs, including partner onboarding and relationship management
Strong strategic planning, business development, and sales management skills
Proficiency in performance measurement, data-driven decision-making, and reporting on partner program metrics
Effective leadership, collaboration, and communication skills to align with cross-functional teams
Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Proven track record of achieving revenue growth through successful channel strategies
Preferred
Experience in technology, IoT, or enterprise services is highly beneficial
MBA preferred
