Responsibilities

Serve as backup to FSQR Technicians and perform pre-operational inspections
Train new associates in all department positions
Organize and manage a fair daily rotation schedule
Prioritize and schedule work for all operating lines or crews
Lead and motivate employees to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
Complete hourly and daily paperwork
Enforce Cargill policies and procedures
Oversee daily operations and ensure food safety and quality standards
Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards
Schedule and communicate inbound/outbound loads with vendors and corporate
Review all production and FSQR records for accuracy and completion
Act as subject matter expert in FSQR duties, quality and food safety checks on the production floor
Back up to FSQR technicians and complete pre-operational inspection amongst other duties
Fast-paced, cold environment with slippery surfaces and moving mechanical parts
Standing required throughout the shift
PPE required in all facility areas

Required

Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Must be 18 years or older
Basic Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
Must be able to obtain PIT (forklift) certification

SAP experience
