Sales Engineer
Residex® is a leading provider of assisted living software solutions designed to empower caregivers with data-driven tools. They are seeking a talented Sales Engineer to provide technical expertise and deliver compelling product demonstrations for their EHR, eMAR, and Staff Scheduling software platform serving the senior care industry.

Responsibilities
Technical Demonstrations: Design and deliver engaging virtual and in-person product demonstrations that showcase software capabilities aligned to prospect workflows, pain points, and regulatory requirements
Solution Evangelist: Champion in communicating not only what our solutions do, but why it matters and how we help our customers and prospects solve business challenges
Demo Environment Management: Build, maintain and customize demo environments with senior care scenarios, data sets and use cases that resonate with our prospects
Technical Discovery: Partner with sales on discovery, identify technical requirements, integration needs and organizational workflows to align the demo appropriately
Sales Enablement: Develop and maintain demo scripts, partner with Marketing team on technical assets, FAQ documents, and competitive positioning materials that empower the sales team to effectively communicate product value and business impact
Technical Consultation: Serve as the technical expert during sales cycles, addressing complex questions about system architecture, security, integrations, APIs etc
Content Development: Assist Marketing on sales enablement content including case studies, comparison sheets, webinar content and event ideas that can help drive leads and meaningful interactions
Product Feedback Loop: Serve as a customer voice by documenting feature requests, usability concerns, and competitive insights for the product development team
Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, conference intel, regulatory changes and competitor positioning to inform and revise sales strategy
Qualification
Required
Experience selling SaaS technology solutions
5+ years of selling experience and prefer industry knowledge in senior care
Assisted Living, In-Home / Private Care, Group Homes and Memory Care
Comfortable with healthcare terminology and the challenges with technology adoption
Dope verbal & written communication with ability to simplify complex technical concepts
Consultative selling approach with active listening skills and strong needs-analysis
Self-motivated with proven ability to manage time effectively + setting & completing tasks
Proficiency with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce, Confluence, Monday.com
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Comfortable demonstrating healthcare software applications
Preferred
familiarity with EHR/eMAR/Staff Scheduling
background in healthcare administration, nursing or clinical operations
