Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to meet project and program goals
Support evaluations and feasibility studies for solid waste and organics management programs and facilities
Plan, design, permit, and support construction of facilities such as:
Landfill cells and closures
Landfill gas management and reuse systems
Composting facilities
Transfer stations
Convenience centers
Integrated facility campuses
Provide operational support for solid waste programs and infrastructure
Assist with other environmental and civil engineering projects as needed
Local travel to job sites on occasion
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
Professional Engineer (PE) license or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) actively working toward licensure
Minimum 10 years of environmental infrastructure design experience, with a focus on solid waste, landfill, and organics management facilities
Preferred
Experience with construction-phase services
