The role is critical in ensuring financial accuracy and timely delivery of insights to portfolio leadership and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Execute monthly financial close and forecasting processes for PO&T IT, including accrual tracking and spend analysis
Identify and map unmapped project and operational (run) spend
Manage and maintain the financial issue log in collaboration with Finance to ensure timely resolution
Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports and perform data analysis to generate actionable insights for the PO&T IT Portfolio Manager
Partner directly with project and run owners to ensure timelines are met, variance drivers are documented, and financial data is accurate
Serve as a primary point of contact for financial inquiries within PO&T IT
Develop and present monthly portfolio review updates using data from financial systems, Project Managers, and System Enhancement owners
Create executive-level materials for monthly CIO reviews, covering financials, renewals, and overall portfolio health
Support quarterly rebaseline activities and the annual budgeting process, including the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
Act as a financial analyst on select key projects, analyzing variance drivers and supporting forecast accuracy improvements
Qualification
Required
Experience in financial operations and forecasting activities
Ability to manage and maintain financial issue logs
Proficiency in preparing and delivering financial reports
Strong data analysis skills to generate actionable insights
Experience in collaborating with project and operational owners
Ability to create executive-level materials for reviews
Experience in supporting budgeting processes and annual operating plans
Strong communication skills for financial inquiries and presentations
