Mid LevelExaTech Inc is seeking a skilled Microsoft Fabric Developer to design, develop, and optimize modern data analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data engineering, data modeling, and analytics, with hands-on expertise in Fabric components such as Lakehouse, Data Factory, Synapse, and Power BI.

Responsibilities
Design and develop end-to-end data solutions using Microsoft Fabric
Build and manage Lakehouse architectures for structured and unstructured data
Develop and optimize data pipelines using Fabric Data Factory
Create and manage data models and semantic layers
Implement ETL/ELT processes and data transformations
Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
Ensure data quality, performance tuning, and security best practices
Collaborate with business stakeholders, data analysts, and architects
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Fabric workloads
Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies for analytics solutions
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric
Expertise in Lakehouse, OneLake, Data Factory, Synapse Data Engineering
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or PySpark
Strong experience with Power BI, DAX, and data modeling
Understanding of data warehousing concepts and analytics architecture
Experience with Azure services (ADLS, Azure SQL, Azure Synapse)
Knowledge of data security, governance, and access controls
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
