Assists attorneys with cases in litigation
Prepares initial drafts of correspondence, forms, filings and other documents
Maintains confidentiality of all firm clients
Monitors case calendars and dockets deadlines
Handles file maintenance and organization
Prioritizes and multi-tasks in a deadline-oriented environment
Qualification
Required
Full time experienced litigation paralegal with a strong background in personal injury
Extensive experience with all stages of litigation, including appellate practice
Experience obtaining medical records
Experience preparing disclosures
Experience drafting correspondence, pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial preparation
Extensive experience with Colorado E-filing, CM/ECF and Pacer
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Extensive experience with calendaring and monitoring deadlines
Well organized
Strong work ethic
Strong time management skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask
High level of attention to detail
Must have paralegal certificate
Proficiency in MS Office products
Proficiency in Adobe Professional or other PDF programs
Proficiency in West Law
