New Grad, Entry LevelMusco Lighting is a global leader in sports and large-area lighting solutions, and they are seeking a Technician Associate to join their Services Team. This role involves learning Musco systems and services while performing field service work, including operating various equipment and maintaining communication with the Field Logistics Supervisor.

Responsibilities
Drive and operate different types of equipment at lighting projects, including, but not limited to fork lifts, aerial man lifts, all terrain forklifts, generators, non-CDL vehicles and rental cars
Perform field service work, which will require working in aerial lifts, climbing poles, or in catwalk access locations at heights
Learn all different aspects of Musco products and services provided to lend toward future services roles
Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspection of equipment and products
Coordinate time frames for projects with customers, vendors, equipment and people resources for assigned projects
Maintain consistent communication with Field Logistics Supervisor regarding daily work duties and schedules
Provide detailed written field reports and completion of required paperwork within one week of project or assignment of paperwork
Work on crews on individually at Musco projects that could include, temporary lighting, warranty related efforts of Musco’s metal halide, LED or control-link products
Make solid daily expense related decisions
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Excellent technical and problem solving ability
Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills
Strong personal initiative and ability to work with little supervision
Basic computer, email, and internet skills for receiving work instructions and job reporting
Ability to learn internal communication system
Must pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check
