Executive Assistant

Career Group is a leading venture capital firm seeking an Executive Assistant to support a senior Operating Partner. The role involves providing high-level administrative support, managing complex scheduling, coordinating travel arrangements, and assisting with various initiatives related to the Go-to-Market and Industry Partnerships team.

Responsibilities

Manage complex scheduling, coordination, and ongoing calendar maintenance across multiple priorities
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and logistics
Prepare, submit, and track expense reports and reimbursements in a timely manner
Handle general administrative tasks and ad hoc support requests as needed
Serve as a trusted point of contact, exercising discretion and professionalism in all communications
Assist with meeting preparation, including agendas, materials, and follow-ups
Provide support for in-office and local off-site events as needed, in coordination with the broader events team
Assist with professional introductions through internal and external networks, including conducting research using internal tools and databases
Outreach to internal and external contacts to facilitate introductions and relationship-building efforts
Maintain accurate records of network activity, introductions, and engagement using tools such as CRM or database platforms
Support executive briefings by helping host visiting executives, coordinating meetings, and facilitating engagement with investors and portfolio companies
Conduct research, data tracking, and light analysis related to GTM and partnership initiatives, as mutually agreed upon
Assist with special projects and cross-functional initiatives as business needs evolve

Required
