InternHigh Impact Promotion is a Chicago-based media and marketing agency specializing in high-impact video production and content creation. They are seeking an intern to support their digital production efforts, providing hands-on experience in media workflows and content management.
Media Production
Responsibilities
Import footage from cameras and devices to a central hard drive
Help ensure devices are charged, backed up, and ready for production
Organize footage by event, device, and date
Upload and maintain assets in Google Drive following internal structure
Assist with thumbnails and visual asset selection
Support posting across platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook
Draft or refine captions based on brand tone and guidance
Qualification
Required
3-month minimum commitment
4–6 hours per week
Organized and motivated
Hands-on experience in digital production and media workflows
Reliable, coachable, and open to feedback
Interest in media production, content creation, or digital marketing
Willingness to learn by contributing, not just observing
