Responsibilities
Drive growth, customer engagement, and new program opportunities
Serve as a primary interface with key customers
Ensure the company’s advanced composite materials and manufacturing capabilities align with emerging aerospace market needs
Pursue new program opportunities
Shape strategic relationships across commercial aerospace and defense customers
Lead program capture from concept through proposal
Partner closely with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams
Translate requirements into manufacturable, high-value composite solutions
Support early design engagement, prototyping efforts, and technical reviews
Stay ahead of industry trends
Maintain accurate revenue and pipeline forecasts
Provide executive-level insights that influence long-term growth and investment decisions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Business, or related field
7–10+ years of experience in aerospace composites business development, program management, or technical customer-facing roles
Strong knowledge of composite materials, processes, and manufacturing methods
Demonstrated success capturing and managing composite program awards with aerospace OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers
Excellent negotiation, technical communication, and executive relationship management skills
Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, production- and qualification-focused environments
