Technical Support Specialist
IDR, Inc. is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join one of their top clients in Gainesville, GA. This role focuses on enhancing online learning experiences and supporting educational technologies, primarily using Blackboard LMS and videoconferencing tools.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with our client's team to support and enhance distance education technologies, primarily using Blackboard LMS
Provide technical assistance and resolve issues related to videoconferencing tools like WebEx and productivity software such as Microsoft Office 365 or Google Apps for Education
Engage in strategic planning and process improvement initiatives to advance distance education programs
Conduct training sessions and assess the technology needs of instructional staff to ensure effective support
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in a related field with three years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
Proficiency in Blackboard LMS and experience with help desk ticketing systems
Familiarity with videoconferencing software and productivity tools
Experience in K-12 or TCSG systems is highly recommended
