Mid LevelAnthony & Partners, PLLC is a fast-paced law firm located in downtown Tampa. They are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal who is detail-oriented and can handle a variety of tasks under pressure.
Law Practice
Responsibilities
Must be an above average typist and be able to transcribe FAST oral dictation under pressure
Must be able to compose pleadings, basic motions and discovery documents
Must be at an expert level in Word and consistently use shortcut keys
Intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint
Experience with Bankruptcy, Creditors Rights, Complex Litigation, CM/ECF, e-filing and or trial/hearing preparation is a plus!
Must have experience with Outlook calendaring
Must be detail oriented, have a great vocabulary, experienced proofreader, and work well under extreme pressure
Must comprehend professional office etiquette
Must be able to follow directions
Must be able to multi-task and manage time efficiently
Must be professional in appearance and attire
Qualification
Required
Must have a 4 year bachelor's degree
